Outdoorsmans Spur 50 Pack System

Great pack! Light, durable, enough pockets and storage for a 2-3 day trip. As an archery hunter I kinda like a little lighter load and short trips, especially in the hot hunts. Always packing my bow over my shoulder is nicer with this pack rather than my palisade 90. The frame posts on the 90 are great for my rifle sling. The spur is a far better fit for me. I love the adjustability of the Spur 50 pack system, but what sold me on the pack was the two side pouches that can hold a tripod and spotting scope as well as a top compartment that is perfect to easily access my 15’s. The customer service was also outstanding.

While I haven’t used this pack yet I’m impressed with how durable it feels and the comfort when wearing it. And the lifetime warranty that comes with it makes it worth every penny over a cheap Amazon pack system.

Recently used this pack on a 14 day archery elk hunt. Outstanding construction with a simple design. Also feels very sturdy while wearing it.
Only negative I noticed was a little loud/squeaky (perhaps from being brand new) and the 2 Nalgene bottle pouches flop a bit while walking/hiking. A quick strap or bungee cord to scure better and problem solved.
Other than that, this is a fantastic, super comfortable pack for the run and gun day hunts that can take a beating while carrying alot of gear and weight.
